"I would even put a negative rating, since October I asked for the cancellation of my policies and until today in January they are still charging me, saying that the system still does not process the cancellation, when you want to cancel with them the customer service is horrible, and it is expensive, think twice if you want to do this with them, I will apply the legal way to stop charging me and get my money back."
